SC CDBG Program Guidance

The CDBG Implementation Manual is updated once each year. The updated version is released and posted on cdbgsc.com in the fall in conjunction with the Implementation Workshop. Throughout the year, policy memos may be issued as needed to provide interim guidance. This information is then included in the updates to the Manual.
